A Trip to Lynd Farm

Sunny afternoons are the best.  Especially in the fall while spending time with the hubs at an apple orchard.  Yesterday, after Aaron spent the morning studying for his first test (super proud of him!!), we took a trip 40 minutes east of our little apartment to Lynd Farms.  We picked apples, shopped around the market and spent some time searching for pumpkins to carve this Halloween.  It was a perfect afternoon ❤

Once we got home (and after a small nap), I cleaned up the apples and made apple crisp.  It was delicious!! (check out the recipe).  We spent the rest of the night watching lots of football on our comfy couch and enjoying warm apple crisp right out of the oven.  I love lazy days with Aaron, it’s so nice just to relax and enjoy each other’s company.  We love to joke around with each other and talk about what life will be like in the future.  We have fun plans in store that involve house hunting.  We are excited for the adventure (and also excited for a little more space!).  I can’t wait to share all these little moments with the little one growing in my tummy.

There’s not too much more going on, and I love it!  I feel like life has finally slowed down and I can just relax and have some lazy weekends.  I’ll end this blog with one last picture.  I took my first baby bump pic 🙂  I’m starting to show just a little and to be honest I kind of like it.  It’s so reassuring to watch that little baby grow!  Please ignore the bathroom scene in the background haha.  I took this pic on my break at work.  I promise to post more in the near future!

Until next time!!
